Welcome to Vareoz. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Vareoz platform, including our website, applications, and services.

By accessing or using Vareoz, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

Vareoz is a multi-tenant SaaS platform that provides:

• AI Reception (call handling and automation)
• Website builder and hosting
• Booking and scheduling systems
• CRM and lead management
• Automation and integrations

We may update or modify features at any time.

You must:

• Be at least 18 years old
• Provide accurate and complete information
• Use the platform for lawful business purposes

To use our services, you must create an account.

You agree to:

• Keep your login credentials secure
• Be responsible for all activity under your account
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access

We use Firebase Authentication and may support Google sign-in.

1) Plans

Vareoz may offer free trials and paid subscription plans.

2) Payments

• Payments are processed via Stripe
• Subscription fees are billed monthly unless stated otherwise
• All fees are non-refundable unless required by law

3) Trial Abuse

We reserve the right to limit or terminate access if we detect abuse of free trials.

You agree not to:

• Use the platform for illegal activities
• Misuse AI systems or attempt to exploit them
• Interfere with system security
• Access other tenants’ data

By using AI Reception:

• You acknowledge calls may be handled by AI systems
• You are responsible for configuring your business rules
• You must comply with local laws regarding call recording and consent

We are not responsible for decisions made based on AI-generated responses.

Vareoz integrates with third-party services including:

• Google (Calendar, OAuth)
• Twilio (calls and SMS)
• ElevenLabs (voice AI)
• Stripe (payments)

Use of these services is subject to their respective terms.

• You retain ownership of your business data
• You grant us a limited license to process your data to provide services

We do not sell your data.

Vareoz operates as a multi-tenant system.

• Each tenant’s data is isolated
• You cannot access other tenants’ information

We aim to provide reliable service but do not guarantee uninterrupted availability.

We may perform maintenance or experience downtime.

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

• We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages
• Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid in the last 3 months

We may suspend or terminate your account if:

• You violate these Terms
• You misuse the platform
• Required by law

You may cancel your subscription at any time.

All platform content, design, and software are owned by Vareoz.

You may not copy, distribute, or reverse engineer our platform.

Your use of Vareoz is also governed by our Privacy Policy.

We may update these Terms at any time.

Continued use of the platform means you accept the updated Terms

These Terms are governed by the laws of Australia.
